I created PÔDAMES around a simple belief: when an object is still beautiful, precious, or carries a story, it often deserves better than simply being replaced.
With more than 20 years of experience in the world of luxury and fine craftsmanship, in both jewellery and leather goods, I have always been fascinated by materials. I enjoy observing them, understanding their specific characteristics, bringing out their beauty, and finding ways to give them a new life.
Today, I put my expertise at the service of repairing, cleaning, and restoring leather goods.
Each piece is carefully examined to determine what can be restored, cleaned, repaired, or simply refreshed, while respecting its materials and its history.
When a repair is not possible or would not lead to a satisfactory result, I look for another option: upcycling and transformation. The aim is then to preserve what can be preserved and give the material a new life, through a thoughtful and carefully executed transformation.
I work with patience, precision, and high standards, paying particular attention to finishes and details. My experience in environments where quality and precision are essential allows me to approach each piece with the same level of care and high standards.
